Thank you for taking the time,
In a busy, fast-paced world, it’s often difficult to allow ourselves the quality time we deserve to appreciate how resilient we are.
Let’s change this. I encourage you to think of one thing you love, then ask yourself why, while remembering what makes you happy.
I hope I was able to reignite some passion; a skill we all have but often get robbed of, due to crippling Mental Health. I understand.
Don’t forget to commend yourself once you are finished thinking about the one thing you love. If you feel sadness, please remember that you are in control of your thoughts, and I hope you find comfort in knowing that sadness brings healing, and you are so strong for facing this.
The importance of this message is to support you in realizing that our emotions can be used as powerful healing tools, and no one knows your emotional intelligence and wellness better than the one who designed them; YOU! Forget trying to explain yourself to others for now, as this causes unnecessary anxiety and they likely wouldn’t completely get it anyway.
Feeling misunderstood is common, but it doesn’t have to be. Those struggling with Mental Health often face challenges with extremely unique and specific circumstances making it frustrating to share experiences.
Everyone’s life is fingerprinted; just like our identities.
Focus on self-love by realizing the comfort in knowing you have the freedom of acceptance and expression; just as nature intended.

What do you love, and why? What makes you beautiful? Where do you find beauty?
